Important Notice

Branded items can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately there are no fast shipping routes as these have to be imported safely. 


Customers MUST understand and accept that if they are purchasing logo products, these come with risk. If the item is taken away at transit, you must accept that as a company we may request the customer to repurchase the goods. This is all dependent on the value of item and the managers discretion. If items are resend please understand that it may take the supplier longer production time.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Please track your order on the link below. If for any reason there are issues with your order and it is resend, please be aware of shipping time scales. Unfortunately we are not responsible for delays caused by international airmail. You will need to keep tracking your order. However, if you need support our team will always be available help guide you.

COVID-19 Pandemic


We are all aware of the ongoing outbreak of the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), which was recently declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization and the Government  have declared a national and state emergency, respectively. Although the situation continues to evolve rapidly, Envy Label remains fully committed to pursuing the completion of our work in a safe, diligent and reasonable manner under the current circumstances.

We must recognize, however, there is a strong likelihood that we will encounter certain delays as a result of this pandemic.


We anticipate that our clothing productivity (manufacturing and shipping) will be negatively impacted by the cumulative effect of this outbreak. Potential impacts may include, but are not limited to, labor shortages due to infection or quarantine as well as material shortages and significant delays in lead times as a result of factory closings across the globe.

Accordingly, pursuant to the terms of our selling contract, please consider this correspondence to be our formal notice of potential delays to our performance through no fault of our own and that are beyond our control, including, but not limited to, changed conditions, constructive suspension of work, constructive change, force majeure/act of God, etc. Envy Label hereby reserves all rights it may have under our contract and applicable law to protect its legal and commercial interests, including without limitation the right to seek an extension of time to deliver goods from February 2020 to further notice. 


Currently our shipping times is up to 10 working days and even more for international parcels. Although, we will diligently seek to minimize to the best of our ability, the effects of these delays on production and shipping times. Your cooperation in minimizing these impacts are appreciated as work our way through this unprecedented event.

When returning your orders please bear in mind the impact this has had on us and allow us time to produce and ship. Majority of returns reason seem to be late delivery. Please read through the above statement and understand that this is absolutely not the fault of the brand. We’ve so far experienced shortish of items being produced in the warehouse and once shipped to us, we’ve also experienced delays at customs that allow goods into the U.K. 

Royal Mail is slowly moving towards recovery and we are now able to ship next day. Please understand the delays are with products being imported to the U.K. and not once in the U.K. 

Envy Label is also currently working with lower levels of packing agents, meaning we will take longer than usual to pack your orders.

As of September all staff will be returning back to normality and we aim to cut dispatch and delivery time by half.
