Please note: Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

We only offer exchanges. Once we receive your exchange item, an online credit note the value of the original item will be issued to you via email. You are welcome to use your credit note site-wide on any product you choose within 3 months of issue. This will not include the shipment cost to send a new item out to you.

• Return postage is to be paid by the customer

• Enter your order number and email address to start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange
• Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
• We will issue you with your credit note within 10 days of receiving the item back to us

• Once your exchange item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, your credit note will be issued within 10 days of us receiving the item
• If you would like to know about the delivery progress of your return, please use the tracking number provided by your chosen courier. We will not be able to give delivery updates. Please allow up to 10 days for us to contact you with your credit note

• Exchanges must be sent within 14 days from the date of delivery

• Items must be in original packaging with tags still attached
